Natural wood panels
Our natural wood acoustic panels are made from real wood veneer bonded to an MDF backing. We cut the boards into slats and mount them by hand at our own factories in Ribe, Denmark and Mount Airy, USA.
Every batch is hand-sorted before assembly. That means the color variation across a wall is intentional: alive, but balanced. No two panels are identical, and no two walls will be either — that's what gives the Akupanel its character.
The slats sit with softly rounded edges and exact spacing between them. Our signature finish gives the oak a subtle structure across the surface — you don't see it, but you feel it the moment your hand runs across the panel. Natural wood Akupanels are for the wall where authenticity matters.
